“Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.’  – Col. 1:28

Beannachdan à Glaschu na h-Alba!
Greetings from Glasgow, Scotland! Where the weather always changes from dry to wet to dry, and the people are the friendliest and most helpful.

During my time, God continues to care for me, and reminds me daily to point myself, and others to Jesus (Col. 1:28). Over the last few weeks, I’ve had great conversations about church, religion, and Jesus, with my Airbnb hosts, at a hostel with an American traveling through Europe seeking his identity and purpose, and leading a Slovak friend of mine into a growing relationship with Jesus through social media conversations.

I thank God for these moments, to share them with you to encourage, and remind each of us what God is calling us too…to proclaim, warn, teach, and present everyone to grow in their relationship with the Lord through our daily activities! Even amongst the hustle and bustle.

As I continue serving JV from across the pond, will you pray for a few things?

Pray for…

  • Strength and protection on my lower back…the bed I sleep on is very soft, and every day I have minor pain.
  • Stronger relationship with the Lord each day by pointing myself to Christ, dying of self, and finding time each day to be in the Word.
  • Those whom the Lord has put in my path and will put in my path to share about Him…Airbnb hosts and family, and my hostel friend, Anthony, to come to a personal relationship with the Lord. And for Marek, to grow stronger in His faith, and find his full potential and identity in Christ.

Every Thursday, I pray specifically for each of you, and thank God for His gifts and provisions through your investments of prayers, encouragements, and finances that allow me with you to serve Him with Josiah Venture. If you have any specific requests, please send your prayer requests here.

Even as I finish this letter, I’ve been in conversation with another Slovak friend, David, who is seeking the Lord! Please lift him up as well in your prayers!

The harvest is plentiful.
